A movable pulley is a pulley where when you transfer a large item, the drum moves with it. There is no alter in the direction of the power you need to have to apply, but the load will “feel” lighter than it really is. For illustration, if you’re hauling a weighty hay bale up the barn’s attic, a moveable pulley will make the load feel a lot lighter, even though you might be pulling in the exact same path.
Roller: A regular pulley has a slot for a belt, chain or cable. A reel is a broader pulley commonly used in cable methods, making it possible for the cable to be wound all around a number of times the diameter of the reel.
